James COULD have made this curtain himself. If you’ ve followed us over on Instagram or Facebook (search @thefitrv) you might remember way back when James decided he wanted to make a curtain and some laundry bags for old RV ‘Lance’ our Travato. So, he started taking sewing classes every Tuesday night. 🥰 But I knew if I wanted this done before 2030, I was going to have to make it happen myself. And since I have zero interest in sewing classes myself, I hired it out. WHAT I DID: I just gave the guy the original curtain (EKKOs come stock with a neutral brown—good quality but boring—curtain) and he used the hardware off that, easy peasy. As for the fabric, Joann Fabric has an online customizer! You can have any design put on fabric. I used one of their templates and then chose the colors and adjusted the pattern size myself; so there! I actually added some effort, making this a legit DIY mod! ;)
