Replaced bathroom countertop, sink, faucet & mirror | Forest River Wildwood
During the renovation design phase of this camper I decided I wanted to install a wall mounted faucet and vessel sink. Finding a vessel sink small enough that fit the look I wanted was a challenge. I ended up ordering 3 different sinks and finally the 3rd one worked. In order to install it wall mounted without tearing into the wall panel we built a new frame that the pex plumbing would go up through. The back of the frame is 1/2 plywood to give support to the faucet. We attached the frame to the framing of the camper with screws. We did move the outlet location a little to make it easier to access with the new sink. We added to the original pex pieces with our pex crimper tool and sharkbite couplings. After painting we install ship lap over the new framed in area and topped it with a 3" wood shelf.
